Tura returns to Broome with Reflection2 - bringing together Indigenous icons Mark Atkins and Stephen Pigram with some of Australia's finest instrumentalists. This powerful combination of artists create a program that reaches across cultures, time and place.

A wonderful feast of contemporary, country, jazz, classical & traditional music.

Renowned artists Stephen Magnusson (guitars), Erkki Veltheim (violin), Greg Sheehan (percussion), Judith Hamann (’cello) and special guests including Paul Boon, combine creative and technical virtuosity across a vast ocean of music genres and styles, creating a unique blend that brings the perfect music layering to sounds and stories of Mark Atkins, Stephen Pigram and Derby's Ashley Oobagooma.

Tura New Music has been bringing world class music projects to Broome and the Kimberley since 2003.

Tura New Music Ltd is a not-for-profit arts organisation based in Perth, Western Australia. Tura is a producer and an advocate for new music and the sonic arts. Founded in 1987, Tura has a proud history of achievement in initiating cultural development in Western Australia from inner city Perth to remote communities in the Kimberley. We support, advocate and ignite new music and sound art in collaboration with artists, our partners and audience members. With a fresh, edgy and professional perspective, we provide the means, support and opportunities that enable the relentless pursuit of musical discovery.
