Woodside Energy Ltd

Wood­side Ener­gy Ltd, is the oper­a­tor of the Enfield and Vin­cent oil fields in the deep waters off North West Cape in West­ern Aus­tralia. It also has an inter­est in the near­by Sty­bar­row oil field.

Ngan­hur­ra, a float­ing Pro­duc­tion Stor­age and Off­take facil­i­ty, start­ed pro­duc­tion at the Enfield oil field in July 2006. Pro­duc­tion from the Vin­cent Oil Field is expect­ed in 2008 using a sim­i­lar pro­duc­tion facility.

Wood­side is active in com­mu­ni­ty con­sul­ta­tion and part­ner­ships in the region, includ­ing sup­port of com­mu­ni­ty and local cul­tur­al events, as well as envi­ron­men­tal and edu­ca­tion programs.
