Broome Recre­ation and Aquat­ic Cen­tre (BRAC) is the cen­tral hub for sport in the Shire of Broome.

Boast­ing a 25m swim­ming pool, a chil­dren’s leisure lagoon with zero depth entry, indoor sta­di­um, two squash courts, eight ten­nis courts, four out­door netball/​basketball courts and two mul­ti-use sport­ing fields. BRAC has some­thing for everyone.

BRAC is home to a mul­ti­tude of sport­ing organ­i­sa­tions rep­re­sent­ing, AFL, ath­let­ics, bas­ket­ball, crick­et, rug­by league, net­ball, soc­cer, squash, swim­ming, ten­nis, touch foot­ball. These com­mu­ni­ty clubs and asso­ci­a­tions host reg­u­lar sea­son­al com­pe­ti­tions and region­al com­pe­ti­tions annu­al­ly from BRAC.

The­atre Kim­ber­ley’s Sand­fly Cir­cus use the Cen­tre as its train­ing base, and per­form major con­certs annu­al­ly from BRAC.

BRAC is also the offi­cial Cyclone Wel­fare Cen­tre for the Shire of Broome.

The exten­sive range of facil­i­ties and beau­ti­ful­ly land­scaped set­ting make BRAC the ide­al venue what­ev­er your requirements.
