Main Choose between:

Slow-cooked baby back ribs with tangy BBQ glaze; or

Vegetable jambalaya stuffed red pepper

Creamy mac & cheese, cornbread with whipped honey butter, cajun corn ribs and classic slaw

Cocktail match: Smoked Pineapple Margarita — tequila, charred pineapple, lime and smoked salt
