Tuna crudo with fennel, capers and citrus; or

Whipped feta with roast capsicum, olives and warm flatbread

Cocktail match: Aegean Spritz — gin, elderflower, lemon, cucumber and mint

Main Choose between:

Greek-style slow roasted chicken with lemon potatoes, olives and tzatziki; or

Eggplant parmigiana with basil, buffalo mozzarella and rocket

Cocktail match: Mediterranean Paloma — tequila, grapefruit, lime, rosemary and sea salt

Dessert Choose between:

Lemon & almond torta with mascarpone cream

Honey panna cotta with macerated berries and pistachio
