Reconciliation Week Night Market
Join the Shire of Broome at Guwarri Town Beach for a special Reconciliation Week at the Night Markets on Thursday 29 May. The evening will begin at 4pm with live music from Yawuru and Nyul-Nyul artist Jacob Gregory, followed by a smoking ceremony led by Yawuru Elder Di Appleby at 4.45pm, formal proceedings, and a Welcome to Country. Enjoy performances by the Family Shoveller Band and a traditional Burrb Wangarraju Nurlu performance, alongside local market stalls, food vans, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
