Speakeasy Soiree : A Prohibition Dinner
Join us for SPEAKEASY SOIRÉE: A PROHIBITION DINNER - a 4 course 1920s prohibition inspired dinner with matching cocktails. Thursday 26th June at The Broome Closet. Pssst… got the password? The Broome Closet is going back in time for one very special night of indulgence, jazz-age flair, and cocktails worth sneaking past the feds for. Join us for Speakeasy Soirée: A Prohibition Dinner — a 4-course cocktail-paired experience celebrating the glitz, glamour, and forbidden flavours of the 1920s.
What’s on the menu? We’re glad you asked, dollface:
Canapés: Savoury Vol-au-vents, buttery and bold — paired with a Bees Knees (because you are).
Entrée: Chilled prawn & avocado salad, light and luxe — paired with a blushing Clover Club.
Main: Slow-braised beef cheeks with red wine jus, creamy mash, roasted shallots & broccolini — paired with a brooding Rum Old Fashioned.
Dessert: Pineapple upside-down cake with boozy rum cream — paired with a creamy, dreamy Brandy Alexander.
Dust off the pearls, press the suspenders, and get ready to sip, savour and swing your way through a night of underground elegance and prohibition pleasure.
$95 per person – limited seats, bookings essential.

This isn’t just dinner — it’s a secret society of flavour. See you at The Closet... if you know the code.
