The PAIRING PROJECT returns with an exciting night of HERRADURA TEQUILA. An exclusive evening with in The Lounge Bar on Saturday 23rd August 2025 from 5pm.
Enjoy a specially curated menu by Head Chef Brontey Michell paired with some premium tequila. This is an intimate dinner in our beautiful bar with a maximum of 40 guests. Doors open at 5PM. Menu will be announced soon! Tickets are only $85pp - all inclusive of food & paired drinks.
