Voices of Broome - Library event

Join us for a lovely evening of yarns and reminiscences with the second of our "Voices of Broome" Living Library events.

Meet Broome’s Christian Kouroumihalis and Wendy Knox.

Christian Kouroumihalis is 18 years old & he’s lived in Broome since 2020. Christian was born blind , is a Braille user, volunteer, radio presenter/journalism internee with ABC, and is looking forward to sharing his experiences of life in Broome—the challenges, rewards, and opportunities.

Wendy Knox is the 2026 Senior Community Citizen of the Year, acknowledgement for her long-standing volunteer service with the State Emergency Service and the wider Broome community.
