FAQ's
When were the vouchers released? The second round of waiting list vouchers have been sent out, and must be used by the end of this month.
When do I have to book by to redeem by voucher? Book your tour or experience by 3PM WST November 30th, 2020 (this promotion is only for certain products, does not include accommodation)
How do I book? Browse the Wander Voucher page on www.visitbroome.com.au to find a tour or experience operator. Not all businesses listed on the visitbroome.com.au website are eligible for this promotion (mostly tours and experiences). Our landing page lists the businesses that are participating. We cannot guarantee that the dates, times and availability you need will be available so please contact us if you are unable to find a suitable tour to redeeem your voucher with and we can assist.
What is the digital promotion code? Within 1 business day, you will receive your Wander Voucher code to the nominated email address. ID may be requested when redeeming your vouchers. Save your promo code to your digital wallet, or simply take note of the unique voucher number (as you will need this to enter into the promo code box, or to quote when booking in person or by phone/email).
What can I book? A wide variety of amazing Broome tours and experiences. You can book multiple experiences using your voucher but it will need to be done in the one booking transaction. For the $100 Voucher to be applied to your booking, your shopping cart will need to include $200 or more and include eligible experiences.
What dates can I book my tour or experience for? You can take your tour or experience anytime up until 31 December 2020.
I missed out on a voucher? Can I still get one? No, the second round of vouchers have now been released and there will be no further vouchers in this campaign.
What terms and conditions apply? Read the full terms and conditions when you register for your voucher. Wander Vouchers can only be redeemed through a participating visitor centre (not directly with the business). The Broome Visitor Centre is participating in this promotion, so we can assist you to redeem your voucher.

You can also come into the Broome Visitor Centre, 1 Hamersley St in Broome to make your booking over the counter. We can still apply your Wander Voucher code - as long as you come in before the end of November.
