2025 Broome Racing Season
The Broome Turf Club is carved out of bushland at picturesque Gantheaume Point, just a stone's throw from world-famous Cable Beach. This idyllic location perched on the Broome peninsula is surrounded by the Indian Ocean and benefits from the constant cool breezes which are a welcome relief in the hot and humid climate of the Kimberley.
Everyone who has ever had the pleasure of experiencing the Broome races always returns, for this is truly ‘the winter racing alternative’. The Broome Turf Club look forward to seeing you in Broome for the 2025 racing season.
FINAL EVENT OF THE SEASON - BROOME CUP
Broome Cup 2025 will be held on Saturday 16th August 2025
The Broome Turf Club presents the 2025 Broome Cup. This is the most popular event on the winter racing season and is a huge drawcard for visitors to Broome.
On Saturday the 16th August, we’re bringing you a jam-packed day filled with lots of horse racing, live music, fashions on the field and good vibes all day long!!
Only limited tickets are available for pre-purchase but you will also be able to buy general admission and members day tickets at the gate on the day.
This is the most popular event on the winter racing season and is a huge drawcard for visitors to Broome.

Bus Service: Free Shuttle bus services back to Cable Beach & Chinatown.
