The Broome Billfish Classic / Fatty's Day Fishing Competition will be held in Broome from 23-27th July 2026. Fatty's Day on the 24th. Target Billfish spaced over a few days, great crowd and great fun! For all boat sizes and all ages that are capable of holding a line. Details here.

The Broome Fishing Club was established to maintain and conduct a club for the recreational , social, sporting, cultural, and community dimensions of fishing. We hold Club competitions and events that promote sustainable fishing practices and encourage anglers of all ages who are interested in fishing to participate. The Club is family friendly and all inclusive. Our bar is open Friday from 4pm, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm until close. Hours may be shortened during wet season.
