Broome Rodeo & Campdraft is back at the Broome Rodeo Grounds on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 August 2026. Tickets are on sale now. Big crowds, bigger rides, and a whole lot of country spirit — and this year is set to be even better.Get ready for dust, thrills, live entertainment, and a weekend you won’t forget.

Broome Rodeo & Campdraft 2026. Two evenings of bulls, broncs, campdrafting, barrel racing, food vans, live music, kids running around, mates catching up, and the kind of Kimberley crowd that makes this event what it is. For competitors, it’s a chance to finish the Kimberley circuit in style. For everyone watching, it’s a proper Broome night out: dust in the air, action in the arena, a cold drink in hand, and plenty happening around the grounds.
Thursday is our family night, with a more relaxed feel and plenty for the kids to enjoy. Friday brings the bigger finish, with the main rodeo action rolling into the evening and live music keeping the night going.
We’re proud that Broome Rodeo has become more than just a rodeo. It’s a meeting place for locals, stations, families, visitors, volunteers, sponsors and everyone who loves seeing the Kimberley come together for a good night.
Bring your family, bring your mates, bring a chair or picnic rug, and come settle in for two nights of rodeo under the Broome sky.
Before you come
Food vans will be on site, with snacks, meals and drinks available throughout the event.
The bar will be running across the event. Over-18s will need the correct wristband.
BYO chairs and picnic rugs are welcome.
Parking is via the Speedway entrance at 2 Wattle Drive, Broome. Please follow the signs and parking attendants when you arrive.
Free buses will run between town and the Rodeo Grounds. Final bus details and stop information will be shared closer to the event.

Please do not park at the rodeo gate or along the highway.
Pets are not permitted at the rodeo, except service animals.
Spectator camping is not available at the grounds. Camping is for competitors only, so visitors should organise accommodation in Broome.
Gate WILL NOT be available if the event sells out online.
Tickets are non refundable but are transferable to other people.
