Broome WA Day Festival
Celebrate WA Day in Broome for the very first time on Saturday 20 June from 3pm at Town Beach Reserve. This free, all-ages community event will bring locals and visitors together to celebrate the stories, cultures and spirit that make Western Australia so special.
Enjoy an afternoon of live entertainment from talented local acts including Stellar Moon and the lively Family Shoveller Band. Browse the Broome Markets, sample delicious food from local vendors, and soak up the festive atmosphere by the water.
There will be plenty for families to enjoy, with activities for kids including a mini train ride, roving circus performers and a colouring-in tent. As the evening unfolds, keep an eye out for light-up roving stilt performers bringing extra colour and excitement to the celebration.
The event will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the Broome sky.
