Millie the Black Kite

The story of 'Millie the Black Kite' is based on the story of a famous Broome bird who accidently hitched a ride to Bali. This beautiful, interactive puppet performance is the result of a collaboration between a Broome and Indonesian puppet companies. The story is told using a multitude of puppets. The story is a reflection on the impact of human intervention in the lives of animals, the importance of understanding the needs of wildlife in a changing world, a call for humanity and understanding, and what it means to be free. It is suitable for all ages, but children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. BUY TICKETS. All tickets include a free Puppet Workshop an hour prior to the show commencing.
