Sunset Long Table Dinner

Renowned as one of the most exclusive dining tables in WA, every year the Sunset Long Table Dinner is the most anticipated Shinju Matsuri event. Indulge in an opulent night dining under the stars, with a premium all-inclusive Western Australian based beverage selection and featuring an exciting menu, inspired by Broome's rich cultural tapestry that will showcase local ingredients & seasonal produce from the region.

This year’s event will feature celebrity chef Arrnott Olssen, renowned for showcasing modern Fijian cuisine and Pacific flavours. The evening also includes live entertainment from local and visiting performers, finishing with dancing under the Kimberley night sky. Shinju guest chef Arrnott Olsen will be working alongside Executive Chef Chamalou Talip to create an amazing menu.
