Two Feet & A Heartbeat Walk - Cable Beach
Come and walk with us today at Cable Beach for Two Feet & A Heartbeat. Mandela and Michelle will be taking registrations from 3pm. We have a fun packed afternoon planned thanks to the generosity of the amazing Broome community. Live music by Luke Puertollano. Face painting, bubble fun, lawn games and craft with The Green Fairy Craft & Entertainment. Art activities with Bunnings Warehouse Australia. Purchase an ice cream from Broome Soft Serve and dinner from Matt's Filipino Cuisine. Purchase a raffle ticket to win some incredible prizes!
Two Feet & A Heartbeat is HeartKids’ annual community walk, bringing thousands of heart kids, heart adults, families, friends and supporters together across Australia each October.
We walk to remember every heart story, celebrate every milestone, honour those we carry forever in our hearts, and raise vital funds to support people impacted by childhood-onset heart disease.
Registration is required to participate in the walk. A limited number of registration packs will be available for on-the-day registrations. Note: Online registrations have now closed.

This year our Heart Champion is Levi.
His mum, Rosalyn, reflects on their journey, the challenges of navigating care far from home and the support HeartKids provided during one of the most challenging times of their lives. you can read his story >> Levi's Story | Broome - HeartKids.
A message from Leanne Minshull and Craig Bowra
"We’re fundraising for HeartKids because two and a half years ago our grandson Levi was born with a congenital heart condition and underwent heart surgery at just 11 days old. We’ve seen firsthand how scary and overwhelming that journey can be for a family, and we want to help support HeartKids in supporting other children and families going through similar experiences. Please help us reach our goal by clicking on this link https://twofeetheartbeat.org.au/leanne-minshull and making a kind donation. All donations are very much appreciated."

We have also attached Myles's story to help spread the awareness, and this year Mandela Yu has also decided to fundraise for the cause, see link - https://twofeetheartbeat.org.au/mandela-yu
