Shinju’s signature event, the Shinju Matsuri Sunset Long Table Dinner on spectacular Cable Beach | Walmanyjun, is an unforgettable evening beneath the Kimberley sky on Saturday 5 September. Renowned as one of Western Australia’s most exclusive dining experiences, the Sunset Long Table Dinner is one of the most anticipated events on the Shinju Matsuri calendar. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Cable Beach as the sun sinks towards the horizon, guests are invited to indulge in an opulent evening of exceptional food, premium Western Australian beverages and live entertainment.
This year, the Sunset Long Table Dinner welcomes celebrated chef and food personality Arrnott Olssen as its headline culinary guest, joined by Broome Executive Chef Chamalou Talip. Together, they will bring a unique fusion of Fijian flavours and Western Australian produce to the spectacular Cable Beach dining experience.
This dining experience celebrates the unique character and cultural richness of Broome. The menu will showcase local ingredients and seasonal produce from the Kimberley, with dishes inspired by Broome’s diverse cultural tapestry and the region’s extraordinary natural abundance. Complementing the dining experience is a premium all-inclusive selection of Western Australian beverages, including a curated range of local drinks and feature cocktails.
As the evening unfolds, enjoy live entertainment from talented performers, adding to the atmosphere as the sun sets and the stars begin to emerge. Then, as dinner comes to an end, kick off your shoes and dance in the sand!
