Raised in Big Spirit Country - Broome

A POWERFUL CELEBRATION OF STORY, SONG, SPIRIT AND THE BROOME SOUND.

Raised in Big Spirit Country is coming home to Broome this 3–5 September. Produced by Pigram Productions & Black Swan State Theatre Company, and presented in association with Goolarri Media Enterprises, this powerful celebration of the Broome sound returns home after a sold-out season at the State Theatre Centre in Perth last year

Naomi Pigram-Mitchell leads a stellar cast of Broome's finest musicians, vocalists and performers in a concert that pays homage to the legendary artists who came before and amplifies the voices shaping the future.

Naomi was born amongst the artistic giants who created the 'Broome sound' – they were loud, they were proud, and they were masters of their craft. Now, she stands at the crossroads of Broome's vital history, her own music and the next generation of performers.

This joyous event celebrates the enduring spirit of Big Spirit Country through the collective power of Broome's artists – a powerful fusion of culture, connection and song. Tickets are on sale now – grab yours before they’re gone!
