Join us in Broome on Saturday 20 June as we bring WA Day celebrations to town for the very first time! Town Beach Reserve will come alive as a vibrant hub of celebration, bringing the community together to honour the stories, cultures and spirit that make Western Australia so special.
The afternoon will feature a fantastic program of live entertainment from talented local acts including Stellar Moon and the lively Family Shoveller Band.
Throughout the event, visitors can explore the Broome Markets, enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities, and sample delicious food from local vendors. There will be plenty to keep the kids entertained with circus workshops, a silent disco and a colouring-in tent.
As the evening rolls in, keep an eye out for light-up roving stilt performers adding extra magic to the celebration. The event will finish with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the Broome sky.
With free entry and something for everyone, it’s an event not to be missed.
