Chase the Ace is back again this Friday at the Broome RSL! To enter, simply purchase a beer, wine or spirited beverage and you'll be issued with a ticket (only issued between 4:30pm and 6:30pm, t&cs apply), drawn just after 7pm (along with Members draw and the $100’s club). Non-alcoholic drinks also available for purchase (not valid for Chase the Ace). T&Cs apply for Chase the Ace. Members must be present to win the Member’s Draw. Guests and Non-members welcome!! Finish Youth Week 2026 on a high at the Shire of Broome's SKATE Party at the BRAC Skatepark! After a full week of skate and scooter demos, we’re wrapping things up with an action-packed afternoon celebrating Broome youth. Join the Shire of Broome on Friday, 17 April from 4:30pm to 6:30pm to show us what you learned from our skate and scooter facilitators. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to show off your moves, everyone is welcome. Enjoy live demos from experienced skaters and scooter riders, music to keep the energy high, plus face painting, body art and inflatables. There’ll also be free pizza to keep you fuelled while you ride, watch and hang out. Bring your skateboard or scooter and help us close out Youth Week in style at BRAC Skatepark! Please note: All participants must wear protective gear, including a helmet and enclosed shoes.
