Chase the Ace is back again this Friday at the Broome RSL! Dash & Splash is back at Broome Recreation and Aquatic Centre, at 4.30pm on Friday 5 June 2026, bringing together running and swimming in a fun, inclusive and community-focused event that’s all about participation and having a go. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Dash & Splash encourages everyone to get active in a relaxed and supportive environment. Competitors can choose to take part in a short-course or long-course event. The short course is a 2km run with a 200m swim, while the long course is a 4km run with 400m swim. Fishing begins at 0600 Saturday and lines out 1400 Sunday. Score cards must be handed in no later than 1600 Sunday. Presentation will commence as close to 6pm as possible. Learn more here.
