The Opening Ceremony kicks off the Shinju Matsuri Festival's 16-day celebration of Broome’s vibrant culture. The Shinju Matsuri Opening Ball is returning once again and this years theme is ROCK N ROLL! Not just any rock n roll, we’re talking about the birth of rock n roll, from where it all began.
